Alexandria man sought by police for showing teen explicit video arrested
ALEXANDRIA, Va. (FOX 5 DC) - An Alexandria man who was wanted for allegedly showing a sexually explicit video to a teen he followed around at a Goodwill on Sunday is under arrest.
On Thursday, Fairfax County police announced that they'd taken 38-year-old Santos Portillo-Melendez into custody. He's been charged with one count of obscene sexual display and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Police began investigating Sunday when they responded to the store in the 6200 block of Richmond Highway.
Surveillance video showed the man following the teenage victim around the story.
Investigators found him after a people recognized him in photos that were distributed to the public and local media.
