85-year-old man found dead in creek in Maryland

SEVERN, Md. - Maryland Natural Resources Police say a body was found in a Severn creek on Wednesday.

According to police, 85-year-old Roland Davies Jr. of Annapolis was discovered by paddle boaters in Brewer Creek along the Severn River.

Investigators searched for clues in the water after the body was found, police say. The medical examiner also responded to the scene.

Police say no foul play is suspected and an autopsy will be performed Thursday.
