Plenty of sun, cool temps Tuesday; much-needed rain expected Wednesday

If you're back to work and school after a three day weekend get ready for a chilly start on this Tuesday!

FOX 5's Sue Palka says early morning temperatures range from the low 40s to around 50 degrees under clear skies.

Tuesday afternoon features plenty of sun and temperatures topping out in the upper 60s to low 70s which is somewhat cooler than Monday. Game 4 of the National League Championship Series between the Nationals and Cardinals starts at 8:05 p.m. with first pitch temperature around 62 degrees under partly cloudy skies. Go Nats!

Badly needed rain is in the forecast for Wednesday and may be around for the morning commute.
