WASHINGTON - We have arrived at the end of the workweek on a roll! Get ready for a near repeat of the wonderful weather we enjoyed on Thursday.
Early temperatures on Friday will range from the upper 40s to 55 degrees. Plentiful sunshine with just a few clouds send afternoon temperatures into the low and mid-70s. Breezes from the north will likely keep us just a bit cooler than Thursday.
If you’re enjoying a Friday night football game, evening temperatures for kickoff will be just about perfect with temperatures in the low 60s with light breezes from the northeast.
The weekend ahead looks to continue the dry spell we've had in place since late August. Saturday is the warmer of the weekend days topping out in the upper 70s. A cool front may touch off spotty showers in the mountains, but the local effect of that passing front is about a ten degree drop in temperatures on Sunday.
Enjoy the next several days which look perfect for all your outdoor plans!
