Light snow possible Friday ahead of weekend cold blast

An Extreme Cold Watch is up from Friday night until Sunday morning for much of our region, including D.C. This means wind chills could approach -20°F in some areas. Snow showers are also possible for our region on Friday ahead of a bitter cold blast heading into town for the weekend.
