Man accused of sexually assaulting boy in bathroom | FOX 5 AT 4AM
A man from Alexandria accused of sexually assaulting a nine year old boy is being held without bond. Fairfax County police say 43 year old Charles Jones II assaulted the boy inside a bathroom stall in Woodlawn on Tuesday. Jones was arrested Wednesday and is charged with aggravated sexual battery of a minor.
