Second-degree murder charge dropped in deadly bus stop stabbing case

The Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney is in the spotlight again. FOX 5 DC has learned that a second-degree murder charge has been dropped against a man accused of fatally stabbing another man at a Groveton bus stop this past summer. FOX 5's Stephanie Ramirez reports.
