Many northern Virginia schools operating under 2-hour delay Tuesday

Schools across the DMV are closed once again — now into the second week after the Jan. 25 snowstorm. Tomorrow, many are back open but operating on a two-hour delay. FOX 5's Homa Bash reports tonight.
