Debate underway in DC over proposed congestion pricing plan

A proposal to charge drivers $10 to enter parts of D.C. is drawing pushback from Mayor Muriel Bowser. She says the study behind it is outdated, but supporters say it’s going to help the District cut down on traffic and improve air quality. FOX 5’s Regina Yurrita is live in Northwest with more on the debate.
