Partial government shutdown headed for a 4th day

It’s day three of the latest government shutdown. Over the weekend, funding ran out again for many — but not all — federal agencies. Last time out, the fight was healthcare, but now Democrats and Republicans are arguing over immigration and customs enforcement.
