March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month. New research published in the Journal of the American Medical Association shows colorectal cancer is now the leading cause of cancer-related death among Americans under 50 While overall cancer death rates among younger adults have declined, colorectal cancer is the one major cancer moving in the opposite direction.
