Army Corps of Engineers deployed to Potomac sewage spill

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has established an emergency operations center at the Potomac interceptor sewage break. It’s part of a federal response to the disaster that sent millions of gallons of raw sewage into the Potomac River.
