Holi Festival welcomes Spring

The event is hosted by the Dupont Circle BID in collaboration with the Embassy of India. The festivities will conclude with a traditional powder throwing event at which participants toss colored powder, called gulal, and water at one another to celebrate love, joy, and the victory of good over evil.
