Refreeze brings school closings and delays as cold temperatures set in to DC region; afternoon snow squall possible

The snow that fell on Tuesday was not record setting but it was enough to create problems on the roadways during the afternoon and evening rush hours. The storm has passed but bitter cold temperatures remain and a quick-moving snow squall could cause more issues on the road later this afternoon.
