National Weather Service issues Tornado Watch for much of area until 10 p.m.

As the remnants of tropical depression Florence comes up the coast, the NWS has issued a tornado watch until 10 p.m. for much of the DC metro area. Fredericksburg, Stafford County in Virginia under Tornado warning until 4:15 p.m.
