Caps fever is still going strong with an autograph signing by one of the team's most popular stars. Winger Devante Smith-Pelly will be celebrating the Washington Capitals Stanley Cup victory at DICK'S Sporting Goods in Gaithersburg between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.
