Man on bike assaulted by passing bicyclist on Loudoun County trail, police say

Police are investigating after a man riding a bike was allegedly assaulted by a passing bicyclist on a trail in northern Virginia.The alleged incident occurred around 2:15 p.m. Sunday on the Washington and Old Dominion Trail in Loudoun County.
