Video shows man accused of setting fire at Largo townhouse; suspect arrested and faces charges

A person accused of arson has been arrested after investigators say they started a fire at a Prince George’s County townhouse. The person, who has not been identified, is accused a starting the blaze last week that left eight adults and one child displaced.
