Supreme Court weighs cases on birthright citizenship, congressional redistricting
The U.S. Supreme Court is taking up two cases this term that will affect so many in the country. They are looking at President Donald Trump's push to end birthright citizenship as he wants to make sure children born here from parents who are not legal citizens are not automatically citizens. The court will also look at Texas' newly drawn congressional map that would give the GOP several more seats in the U.S. House. Many states are doing this, or looking to, but the Texas case has made it to the High Court. James Romoser, Supreme Court reporter for The Wall Street Journal, joins In The Courts to discuss.
