Judge tosses cases for James Comey, Letitia James

U.S. District Judge Cameron Currie dismissed the criminal indictments against former FBI Director Comey and New York prosecutor Letitia James after ruling that the prosecutor who brought the cases, Lindsey Halligan, had not been lawfully appointed.
