DC AG sues Trump administration over the deployment of the National Guard
Attorney General Brian Schwalb sued the Trump administration in hopes of halting the deployment of the National Guard. Schwalb claimed that the president is overstepping his boundaries by violating the separation of powers and the Posse Comitatus Act. Katie Barlow asked U.S. Attorney for DC Jeanine Pirro about the matter in an exclusive interview.
