Judge orders return of second man deported to El Salvador
In a similar case to Kilmar Abrego Garcia's - a Trump appointed judge in Baltimore ruled the Administration needs to try to bring a second man back from El Salvador as well. The judge ruled the man named only as "Cristian" was removed without due process. The Trump Admin accused him of being a member of the Tren de Aragua gang from Venezuela. Cristian was here seeking asylum. Trump deported him under the Alien Enemies Act - a 200-year-old wartime law that gives the President power to deport people from enemy nations.
