Maryland Governor Wes Moore reflects on Key Bridge collapse during DNC speech

Maryland Gov. Wes Moore talked about one of the first phone calls he got the day after the deadly collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge earlier this year, killing six workers who were filling potholes. He said it was Harris, who had called to say that she and Biden “are here with you every step of the way.”
