Family demands answers after lifeguard daughter's near drowning at Roosevelt Aquatic Center

A D.C. family wants answers from District leaders after their daughter who was a lifeguard experienced a medical emergency while on the job. Jazmin Jefferson almost fatally drowned at the Roosevelt Aquatic Center and her family says several minutes reportedly went by before she was noticed and helped. FOX 5’s Tisha Lewis has the story.
