Waldorf police officers reunite with man, dogs they rescued from pond following car crash

It was a heartwarming reunion Tuesday as a man got the chance to thank the five Waldorf police officers and one good Samaritian who saved him and his dogs after he lost control of his car on a rainy night and became submerged in a 17-foot pond.
