Arlington launches new diversion program for teen, kids who commit misdemeanor crimes

A new youth program in Arlington is helping divert kids and teens who commit misdemeanors and nonviolent felonies away from the juvenile legal system and into different diversion programs. The goal is to help young people change and grow in hopes of a better outcome than the traditional justice system brings. Jo Devoe With Arlington Now joined the DMV Zone to talk about it.
