DC Mayor Bowser testifies at House Oversight Committee hearing
The U.S. Attorney for D.C. ended up getting hammered after a few of the District?s leaders went before a House Oversight Committee to discuss rising crime in the city. Some were stunned this did not end in a showdown between a Democratic mayor and Republican-led committee like many thought it would.
