19k registered dead voters found in Virginia

Election officials in Virginia have uncovered nearly 19,000 listings for registered voters who are dead. Some of those records date back as far as 1960 and were never removed because of a computer error. A new statewide voter registration system is currently in development, as authorities work to resolve the issue.
