Flight attendants push to ban 'lap babies'

Flight attendants are pushing to ban “lap babies” on planes. That’s when young children sit on their parents’ laps while flying, without a seat and restraint of their own. FOX 5’s Josh Rosenthal is at Dulles tonight with what the group wants parents to know.
