Red lights being added to Virginia State Police cars

Red lights are being added to Virginia State police cruisers and SUVs after researchers at Virginia Tech found the red lights lead to faster response times. FOX 5's Tisha Lewis spoke with Ronald Gibbons, the director at Virginia Tech Transportation Institute about the study.
