Frustrations mount after Silver Spring apartment fire

A Silver Spring family is demanding change after losing their loved one in an apartment fire. They say the apartment building’s management has offered no condolences and they feel the building remains dangerous. FOX 5’s Tisha Lewis has more from Silver Spring.
