D.C. restaurant Estuary is hosting what they call a Miss-en-Place Galentine's Dinner on Monday to benefit the District Alliance of Safe Housing. Estuary's Chef Ria Montes joins FOX 5 Morning Saturday to tell us about the special dinner.
