Cancer: Fight over Fear Ayesha's reconstruction day

It was reconstruction day for FOX 5's own Ayesha Khan as she continues to share her ongoing breast cancer experience. On Wednesday, she went in to have an expander removed from the site of the mastectomy, which was then replaced with an implant. The procedure is the last physical part of her year-long battle with stage 3 breast cancer. Ayesha, as you may have seen her, has been back on air with us since late summer. She has been using her platform to raise awareness about the disease through her own story and participating in various breast cancer events. Ayesha will be recovering for a few weeks and will be back on air soon.
