Gov Youngkin speaks at vigil for Walmart victims

The City of Chesapeake held a candlelight vigil in honor of the six people killed in last week's mass shooting at Walmart. Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin and Chesapeake Mayor Rick West both delivered remarks.
