'The Masking Singer' finale: Galaxy Girl crowned the winner

During "The Masked Singer" finale, Galaxy Girl was crowned the winner and awarded The Golden Mask Trophy for her out-of-this-world performance.

LOS ANGELES - The remaining four contestants of "The Masked Singer" battled it out during Wednesday night’s finale – but only one could be crowned the Season 14 winner and receive the coveted Golden Mask Trophy. 

The remaining celebrities included Cat Witch, Crane, Pugcasso and Galaxy Girl – but at the end of the night, Galaxy Girl was named the season’s champion. 

Who is Galaxy Girl on ‘The Masked Singer’?

Ashlee Simpson, a pop-punk singer-songwriter, was the latest celebrity to be unmasked on Season 14 of the FOX singing reality competition.

Simpson’s 2004 album "Autobiography" went 3x Platinum and was one of the year's best sellers. Her singles include "Outta My Head (Ay Ya Ya)", "Boyfriend" and "Pieces of Me". Simpson's reality show, "The Ashlee Simpson Show," offered fans a glimpse into her life as a celebrity and musician. 

"It’s shown me a lot, really for myself," Simpson told the audience while standing next to her sister Jessica Simpson during the reveal. "I appreciate you guys, because this is so amazing for me to just put that mask on and to perform which is my favorite thing to do was really, truly such an honor."
