Police say shortly before 8:40 p.m. on Thursday, they were responding to an officer-involved shooting near 23rd Avenue and Ager Rd. in Chillum, Md.
According to PGPD, an officer developed probable cause to search a vehicle and pulled over 32-year-old James Lee Jr. of Georgia.
Officers took Lee out of the car. One officer watched Lee, but he got away.
