BETHESDA, Md. - The Outerloop of I-495 is experiencing delays after multiple lanes are blocked due to flooding and standing water. 

What we know:

All lanes of Southbound I-270 had been blocked due to standing water as crews responded. 

Two right lanes have reopened, with three lanes still blocked by flooding. Delays remain for about 4.5 miles.
