Chef and gospel musician JoNate Leak joins The Good Word

Chef by day! Minister and gospel musician by night! JoNate Leak joins us on The Good Word and shares how he pursues his passion in the kitchen and the pews. JoNate is a chef. He is also an ordained minister and gospel musician who created and spearheaded Sounds and Spirits DC. He says it’s the longest running open mic event in the Washington, DC area. JoNate also shares with FOX 5’s Tisha Lewis about his chance encounter with the late gospel powerhouse Richard Smallwood.
