DC weather: Quieter evening after storms, but more rain returns this week

After Monday’s storms brought gusty winds and nearly an inch of rain to Reagan National, the D.C. region gets a quieter stretch Tuesday evening. An isolated storm or passing shower is still possible, especially southwest of the city, before conditions improve Wednesday. More storm chances return Thursday.
