Howard University freshmen move into dorms following enrollment drops

Hundreds of incoming Howard University freshmen are moving into campus housing after being re-enrolled following an abrupt drop over unpaid tuition deadlines. While students cited communication issues and pending financial aid for the disruption, university leadership stated that payment reminders had been issued prior to the dropped enrollments.
