DC kicks off week-long celebration for America 250

D.C. officials are kicking off a massive week of celebrations for America’s 250th birthday this week. A star-studded concert lineup today, alongside a schedule of free events. FOX 5’S Gwen Tolbart is in Northwest to tell us more.
