NASA to spend $20B to build a base on the moon

NASA has announced that it is getting ready to spend $20 billion to build a base on the moon. It’s part of a series of announcements aimed at dominating the galaxy. FOX 5’S Gwen Tolbart is outside of NASA Goddard Space Center in Greenbelt, Maryland with more.
