DC Court of Appeals debuts new virtual tour experience

The DC Court of Appeals has launched a new virtual experience designed to help people get familiar with the courthouse before stepping inside for a case. Chief Judge Anna Blackburne Rigsby joined FOX 5 to discuss the court, its role and how the new feature walks users through the building and make it more accessible for anyone preparing to appear in court.
