Quincy Bareebe on Maryland's 5th District race
Democratic congressional candidate Quincy Bareebe joined The Final 5 to outline her closing message to voters in the open race for the 5th Congressional District seat being vacated by Steny Hoyer. Zibarebe said voters are looking for an independent voice in Congress focused on affordability and healthcare costs. She also criticized the influence of money in politics, defended investing $6 million of her own money into the campaign, and said she would support efforts to reduce the role of outside spending in elections.
