Juvenile curfew zones back in effect for weekend in DC

This is the final weekend of juvenile curfew zones before emergency legislation expires in D.C. While lawmakers try to figure out what's next, district officials are trying to come up with ways to keep teens busy. FOX 5's Homa Bash reports tonight.
