Juvenile curfews in effect for the weeked in 5 locations across DC

Tonight, five juvenile curfew zones are in effect in the District. This comes less than two weeks before the legislation that allows for the zones expires. FOX 5’s Josh Rosenthal is live along U Street in Northwest with more on where things stand now.
