FULL: Former Olympian David Hearn indicted over Reflecting Pool vandalism

A former U.S. Olympic athlete accused of damaging the Reflecting Pool is now charged with a felony. The announcement coming in the last hour from DC's U.S. Attorney, who says they're taking this vandalism very seriously.
