Man charged with murder in ex girlfriend’s death

A Prince George’s County man is under arrest, accused of killing his ex girlfriend. Police say 31 year old Terrence Penn Jr. is facing murder charges after 31 year old Dakota Keys was found dead in a car with a gunshot wound.
