Tucker Barnes celebrates 15th Sea Foam anniversary

Fifteen years ago, during Hurricane Irene’s sweep through Ocean City, Tucker Barnes found himself covered head‑to‑toe in thick, foul‑smelling sea foam as he reported live from the Boardwalk.
