MPD officer charged with soliciting minor; Virginia barricade suspect dies

A D.C. police lieutenant has been charged with exchanging sexually explicit text messages with a Maryland detective posing as a 15-year-old boy. Also, a man who was shot by police after barricading himself in an Arlington 7-Eleven has died.
